All Data stored meets the legal and ethical requirements of the BACP
Personal Data is only kept for purposes of Therapy / emergency contact and is deleted once therapy has ended. Data is never passed onto third parties and Data from enquires is not stored
Any data requested is for the purpose of contacting clients to arrange appointments and is stored on a secure system
Emergency contacts will not be used without permission
If I make notes during or after a session, these are your notes and you are able to see them or request a copy at any time. This is not something I do for every session, but when I do it is a factual record of what was discussed during the session and information I feel it is important for me to recall.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, you will be liable for the payment
I understand that sometimes events are unavoidable, and a cancellation is needed. However, sort notice (within 24 hours) means I am unable to fill that slot, and as a result I lose the fee. With the booking system I use there is a option to rearrange the appointment up until 24 hours before, and I recommend re-arranging if you are unsure.
If I need to cancel an appointment last minute then this will be either refunded or rearrange to the next available time.
