Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, you will be liable for the payment
I understand that sometimes events are unavoidable, and a cancellation is needed. However, sort notice (within 24 hours) means I am unable to fill that slot, and as a result I lose the fee. With the booking system I use there is a option to rearrange the appointment up until 24 hours before, and I recommend re-arranging if you are unsure.
If I need to cancel an appointment last minute then this will be either refunded or rearrange to the next available time.
Please speak to me if there is ever an issue with this policy or you have a dispute.

I do not speak Welsh and I am unable to offer services in Walsh at this time
